Classes
We are based in the West Midlands and focus mainly across the Midlands and Worcestershire.
Our aim is to bring tai chi and chi-kung to you and provide it in a way that meets you needs, be that seated, standing, gentle or more active.
We have open classes in the daytime and evenings to suit most people and are more than happy to provide sessions on-site to suit you; just call us on 0121 251 6172 or send an e-mail via the contacts page.
