Due to the excellent feedback from around the world from people who bought the seated tai chi DVD, a second seated and standing DVD is planned this year. The DVD will focus on clients with heart failure (CCF), Chronic Fatigue syndrome, chronic pain (fibromylagia), strokes and conditions resulting from Diabetes etc.
With this in mind we have developed a chi-kung set that can be practiced seated or standing, mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques that will help both client and career.
